Mondim

Mondim is a non-superwash fingering weight yarn made from fine Portuguese wool. It is named after a portuguese village once famous for its sock knitting cottage industry. Shades 100, 300, 400 and 500 are natural (not dyed).

Most batches of Mondim are exclusively made from the wool of native Campaniça sheep.

Please note: variegated shades are made in a machine but in a very artisanal manner. This results in variation between batches.
