At Retrosaria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
